Today I brought home something to cure my winter blues from STUDIO In Athens. (The Leathers Building 675 Pulaski Street, suite 1600) I had my first incredible session of pilates with Sarah Schmitt that left me feeling invigorated and maybe a little taller. Is that possible after one apparatus session to feel taller? Anyway, it feels like it to me! And that is saying a lot when you are 5’2" (more on the pilates in my blog post tomorrow)

I left with Aromandina’s EXULTO Citrus Delight Oil Blend to combat my winter time blues. I am so so so ready for sunshine and warmer days and outdoor activities! I bought the Soapstone Essential Oil Burner and just added water in the glass bowl and 7 drops of the oil and lit a tea light candle and I am feeling revived! The brochure suggests numerous ways to use the oil such as on a cotton pad in your pillow case, I might get the SERENO calming one for that as the EXULTO I bought might keep you up. Sarah has brochures and is knowledgeable as she has used several of the scents and products. They have body mists and bath Soaks and more.
